VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa flow yoga focuses on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In class, you will awaken your strengths, energy and flexibility. Open to all levels. Ages 13+
Wednesdays: 7 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Do you love to scrapbook? Quilt? Sew? Knit? Bring your craft and join your neighbours for a day of crafting and chatting. We have wifi and lots of plug ins for digital scrapbooking as well!
