REGISTRATIONS FOR 2019

Registrations are open from January 3rd 2019. Please remember to have your Active Kids Voucher ready before you register if you wish to get the $100 deduction off your fees and to choose Western Phoenix as your club for 2019 and beyond.

Applying for a Voucher and Redemption:

1) Visit www.service.nsw.gov.au and either login or create your MyServiceNSW Account.

Note: On your dashboard after signing in to your MyServiceNSW account click 'Office of Sport' in the 'Services section'. Then follow prompts to apply for voucher.

2) Complete the Active Kids application through your MyServiceNSW Account (you will receive a voucher with a unique ID number for each child you register (available to download, print and email).

3) On your registration at www.playfootball.com.au there will be a pop up box where you can add your Active Kids Voucher number to get your $100 rebate.

APPLICATIONS 2019


Western Phoenix Football Club is a 'Junior Development Club', which means that all of our focus is on the football development of every child in our squads. We will have a maximum of 130 players in our second season to ensure all kids get the individual attention needed to become familiar with the development program whilst also integrating and enjoying the experience of being part of our football family.

Every player will receive a full personalised football kit (shirt, shorts and socks).

There are bus services available from Port Macquarie and Wauchope after school, from all high schools.

We also will attempt to help with transportation when required and when possible.
