You use your Western Email login credentials, i.e. the same username and password you use for checking you

• @uwo.ca email account
• myHR
• Western Libraries

If you can't remember your username:

• Contact your Department's Manager, Administration & Finance (MAF)
  • List of MAFs

If you can't remember your username:

• Contact your Program Administrator (PA)
  • List of PAs

If you can't remember your password:

2 options

a. Online via the Western Challenge Response already set up: 3 questions to which you have input your unique answers in the event you cannot remember your password
