Several things to remember:

- when at practice, at school or out and about - remember - always stay clean!

If you are not able to wash your hands, please use hand sanitizer!

  • We are always in need of donations of any type for band practices and performances. Some key items that will be used are hand sanitizer, paper towels, personal wipes, such as baby wipes. Please reach out if you would like to donate any items!!

A WAY TO GIVE! VOLUNTEER YOUR PRECIOUS TIME!!!


HERE IS A WHOLE OTHER WAY TO GIVE TO THE BEST BAND IN THE W.C.!!!


We are now entering winter time activities for our Booster group! One of our many fundraising efforts (perhaps our most profitable effort) is working closely with Barry Staffing working University of Dayton Basketball concessions!


During select home games, NCAA First Four Games, WGI events and more, organizations are offered the opportunity to raise money for their groups. The West Carrollton Band Boosters have been fortunate enough to work with Barry Staffing to become one of their top producing non profit organizations!


The West Carrollton Band Boosters regularly run one of the biggest stands in UD Arena during the Flyers basketball season! This is a great opportunity to work with some fellow band parents in a fast paced work environment. By the end of the season, many friendships are made and our organization makes a huge amount of money to benefit our band and guard students!


THIS IS WHERE WE NEED YOU!!


For each game, we need 9-10 workers. We will need people to be runners, cashiers and kitchen help.


We can use your help Tuesday, January 11. Report time is between 4:30PM and 5:00PM. We would love for you to come help out and to earn some extra funds for our wonderful Pirate Marching Band!


WORKERS CAN BE 17 YEARS AND OLDER!!! SO IF STUDENTS WOULD LIKE TO WORK, PLEASE COME AND JOIN THE FUN!


We are also committed to the following dates - January 2, January 11, January 28, February 5 and February 23. Look for Event pages on our Booster Facebook Page for specific times!


There are also other games that we have the need for help if you are able to come and work a smaller part of the concession fun! UD is always looking for people to come work a beer cart or a Dippin Dots stand! Or fill in in a stand that might need a couple extra hands! The dates of Men's basketball games that would be available in addition to the above mentioned dates are - December 12, December 21, January 5 and January 19!
