west-river studio（以下「開発者」）は、モバイルアプリケーション「ScaleBuddy」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの皆さまの個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」）を定めます。
### 1. 取得する情報
本アプリでは、体重管理・健康管理の機能を提供するために、以下の情報をユーザーご自身の入力により取得する場合があります。
- 体重、体脂肪率、身長、年齢、性別
- 運動の記録（種目、時間、消費カロリー）
- 食事の記録（食べたもの、カロリー、任意で撮影した食事の写真）
- 水分摂取量の記録
- 体型の記録用に任意で撮影した写真
- 目標体重、目標摂取カロリーなどの設定情報
- リマインダーの時刻設定
これらの情報は、本アプリの機能を利用するためにユーザーが自発的に入力・撮影するものであり、開発者が別途取得を求めるものではありません。
### 2. 情報の保存場所
**本アプリで入力・記録された上記の情報は、すべてユーザーの端末内にのみ保存されます。** 開発者やその他第三者が運営するサーバーに送信・保存されることはありません。そのため、アプリをアンインストールした場合や、アプリ内の「データのリセット」機能を使用した場合、これらの情報は端末から削除され、復元できなくなります。
なお、CSVファイルによるバックアップ機能を使用した場合、書き出したファイルの管理（保存・共有・削除）はユーザーご自身の責任で行っていただきます。
### 3. 広告について
本アプリの無料版では、Google が提供する広告配信サービス「Google AdMob」を利用して広告を表示しています。AdMobは、広告の配信や効果測定のために、広告識別子（Advertising ID）などの情報を利用する場合があります。これらの情報の取り扱いについては、Googleのプライバシーポリシーをご参照ください。

広告を表示したくない場合は、本アプリ内で提供している買い切り課金（広告非表示機能）をご購入いただくことで、広告の表示を停止できます。
### 4. アプリ内課金について
本アプリの広告非表示機能の購入処理は、Google Play の課金システム（Google Play Billing）を通じて行われます。決済に関する情報（クレジットカード情報など）は開発者側では取得・保存されません。詳細は Google Play のプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。
### 5. 端末の権限について
本アプリは、機能の提供にあたり、以下の端末機能へのアクセス許可をユーザーに求める場合があります。
- **カメラ・写真ライブラリ**: 体型写真・食事写真の記録機能のため
- **通知**: 体重記録・運動のリマインダー機能のため
- **正確なアラームのスケジュール**: リマインダーを指定時刻に通知するため
これらの許可は、対応する機能を利用しない場合は不要であり、端末の設定からいつでも無効にすることができます。
### 6. 第三者への情報提供
開発者は、法令に基づく場合を除き、ユーザーが本アプリ内で入力した個人情報（体重・写真等）を第三者に提供することはありません（前述の広告配信のために必要な範囲を除きます）。
### 7. お子様の利用について
本アプリは、13歳未満のお子様を主な対象として設計されたものではありません。

west-river studio ("the Developer") has established this Privacy Policy ("this Policy") regarding the handling of users' personal information in the mobile application "ScaleBuddy" ("the App").
### 1. Information We Collect
To provide weight and health management features, the App may collect the following information that users enter or capture themselves:
- Weight, body fat percentage, height, age, and gender
- Exercise records (type, duration, calories burned)
- Meal records (food items, calories, and optional photos of meals)
- Water intake records
- Optional progress photos
- Settings such as goal weight and daily calorie goals
- Reminder time settings
This information is entered or captured voluntarily by the user in order to use the App's features. The Developer does not separately request or collect this information.
### 2. Where Your Information Is Stored
**All information described above is stored only on the user's own device.** It is never transmitted to or stored on any server operated by the Developer or any third party. As a result, if you uninstall the App or use the "Delete All Data" feature within the App, this information will be permanently deleted from your device and cannot be recovered.
If you use the CSV backup/export feature, you are responsible for managing (storing, sharing, or deleting) the exported file.
### 3. Advertising
The free version of the App displays ads using Google's advertising service, Google AdMob. AdMob may use information such as the Advertising ID for ad delivery and measurement purposes. Please refer to Google's Privacy Policy for details on how this information is handled.

If you do not wish to see ads, you can purchase the one-time "Remove Ads" option available within the App.
### 4. In-App Purchases
The purchase process for removing ads is handled through Google Play Billing. The Developer does not collect or store any payment information (such as credit card details). Please refer to Google Play's Privacy Policy for further details.
### 5. Device Permissions
The App may request access to the following device features:
- **Camera / Photo Library**: for the progress photo and meal photo features
- **Notifications**: for the weight and exercise reminder features
- **Exact Alarm Scheduling**: to deliver reminders at the specified time
These permissions are not required if you do not use the corresponding features, and can be disabled at any time from your device settings.
### 6. Disclosure to Third Parties
The Developer does not share any personal information entered within the App (such as weight or photos) with third parties, except as necessary for the advertising services described above, or as required by law.
### 7. Children's Privacy
The App is not primarily designed for or directed at children under the age of 13.
### 8. Changes to This Policy
This Policy may be updated without notice to reflect changes in applicable laws or new App features. Any changes will take effect once posted on this page.
