I am an Assistant Professor of Finance at UNSW Sydney. My research primarily focuses on two pillars: 1) the real effects of financial market (frictions) on the real economy; and 2) the interactions between human capital and innovation. My research also focuses on emerging issues facing companies and financial markets with cutting-edge big data and AI analytics.
I have published at leading academic journals such as Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis. His research has made significant social impact. Some of his research findings have been featured in several major academic conferences, news media, and think tanks such as AFA, EFA, SFS Cavalcade, Harvard Business Review, Oxford Business Law Blog, Duke FinReg Blog, CATO Institute, and among others.
