This privacy policy is applicable to the EmoDieta app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, which was developed by WerePinkRobin (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is provided "AS IS".
The Application does not require account registration. The information you provide is stored locally on your device.
Specifically, the Application collects and processes locally:
First Name: Used strictly for personalization.
Sensitive Health Data (Blood Type): This data is considered sensitive (Art. 9 GDPR). It is used exclusively by the internal algorithm to calculate food compatibility and is processed locally on your device. By configuring your profile, you explicitly consent to the processing of this data for the app's core functionality.
API Keys: If provided, your personal keys are stored securely in the device's local storage (Encrypted Shared Preferences / Keychain).
The Application allows users to interact with various AI Providers (Google Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) to provide features such as the "AI Chef".
Voluntary Data Transmission By actively using AI features (e.g., clicking "Generate Recipe"), you acknowledge and consent that specific context data (Blood Type, Selected Ingredients, Name) is transmitted to the selected third-party provider solely to generate the response.
We do not use your personal data to train public models directly. Data is processed in accordance with the specific Privacy Policy of the selected provider.
This Application is not intended for use by children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us so that we will be able to perform necessary actions.
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and delete your data.
How to exercise these rights: Since we do not store your User Provided Data on our servers (it remains strictly on your device), you retain full control. You can access or rectify your data via the "Profile" settings. You can exercise your Right to be Forgotten (Deletion) simply by clearing the Application's data or uninstalling the Application. This permanently removes all locally stored sensitive data.
The Application collects certain anonymized information automatically via Google Analytics for Firebase to help us improve the stability of the Application (Crashlytics). This includes:
Device type and operating system.
Anonymized usage data (screens visited).
Unique device identifiers (Instance ID).
