I am a visiting assistant professor in the Business School and the Institute of Operations Research & Analytics at National University of Singapore. I got my PhD in Decision Sciences from INSEAD, and my BSc in Physics from Fudan University.

My research falls into the general areas of Operations Management and Judgment and Decision Making. I mainly use analytical models and laboratory experiments to approach my research questions. My research has been published in Management Science, Production & Operations Management, and Decision Analysis.
