Predsient Jonas Rhymer had decided to merge the State of Taslut into the State of Avienta, and dissolve the local Taslut government. According to Rhymer himself, "Taslut was a state with no population at all. Hell, it was just a shed." The local government of Taslut was merged into the Avienta local government, and it's territory was merged into that of Avienta.
