WeMOG is the West Michigan Outdoor Group. We hike, bike, kayak, cross country ski, snowshoe, and camp together. Occasionally we do cultural events together, such as Art Prize, ethnic festivals, movies, and music events.
Most of us live in Grand Rapids, Muskegon, Grand Haven, Holland, Whitehall, or Montague. We generally have two events per week, usually Mondays and Wednesdays, but any member may plan an event for any time and place. There is no sign up. You just show up. There are no rules, no dues and no fees.

Events are posted on a private message board for members only. Members can there read about upcoming events, or post their own idea for an event.
To join us, please send a message through the "Contact Us Page." A member will send you invitations to come to a few of our upcoming events. After you have gone on at least one outing with us, we will put you on the mailing list. We ask you to come meet us in person, out of our concerns for the safety and privacy of our members
