Wellness Hub ("we," "our," or "the extension") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Chrome Extension.
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to external servers. * Local Storage: All task names, scheduled times, and color preferences are stored locally within your browser using the chrome.storage.sync API.
Syncing: If you are signed into Google Chrome with "Sync" enabled, your settings may be synced across your own devices by Google. We do not have access to this data.
No Tracking: We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics (like Google Analytics) to monitor your behavior.
Wellness Hub requires the following permissions to function:
Alarms: To trigger your wellness reminders at the specific times you set.
Storage: To save your habits and settings so they are available every time you open your browser.
Offscreen: To play a brief audio notification when an alarm triggers.
Scripting & Tabs: To display the reminder popup on the webpage you are currently viewing.
The extension does not communicate with any third-party services, APIs, or databases. Your data stays under your control within the Google Chrome environment.
Your data is kept as long as the extension is installed. If you delete a task or uninstall the extension, all associated data is immediately and permanently removed from your browser's local storage.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
