Tampering with the security system is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate cancellation of your reservation without refund. Any repairs necessitated by tampering will be charged accordingly. Please do not cover, disconnect, or otherwise tamper with security devices. A troubleshooting fee may apply if we need to engage a technician.
Pets require prior approval.
Pets must not be left unattended in the property.
Pets must be leashed outdoors.
Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture.
A cleaning fee of $199 will be imposed for any pet-related mess left unattended.
Please refrain from washing pets in the home's tubs or sinks.
Fees will be assessed for indoor pet accidents or additional cleaning due to pets.
All animals must be disclosed including breed and weight. Limit 1 dog.
Please follow the instructions provided for check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth process. Guests are expected to follow check-out procedures which include removing all trash, washing dishes, and leaving the property in a tidy condition.
The number of guests must match your reservation. Unauthorized additional guests will incur a fee of $100 per person, per night.
The property is a smoke-free environment, including the prohibition of vaping, hookah, and marijuana within 25 feet of the home.
Parties or large gatherings beyond the reservation count are not allowed.
For everyone's safety, exterior recording cameras that actively record video and audio are in place. These devices are on the exterior of the property.
Please respect the neighborhood's tranquility, particularly after 9 PM.
Maintain the property in good order; return items used to their original place, and clean up any messes made.
No towels belonging to this property shall be removed from the premises for any reason. Residents and guests are required to bring their own personal dry towels when visiting amusement parks or any other outdoor recreational activities.
Your safety is our priority, but we cannot be held liable for any accidents, injuries, or loss of personal belongings during your stay
Lost TV or garage remotes: $150

Late check-out (every 30 min after 11 am): $75
Exceeding guest count: $100 per night per additional person
To maintain our plumbing system, please avoid flushing anything other than toilet paper. Any blockages will result in a plumbing service fee.
AC Usage: - Do not set the AC lower than 70 degrees to prevent freezing the outside unit. Any damage to the AC unit will be charged to you.
If there are any home supplies/decor or missing towels after your stay they will be billed to you. If the towels are used for anything other than drying, they will be billed to you. If there is excess dirt on walls/floors or excess pet hair or poop in the house (if you have a pet with you) after the stay which will require a deep clean after the stay, again this fee will be billed to you.
Ensure all windows and doors are locked when leaving.
Keep food out of bedrooms to avoid pests.
Observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.
Remove shoes upon entering.
Only registered guests are allowed unless prior approval is obtained.
Follow check-out procedures as specified.
Use amenities responsibly; the host is not liable for injuries or damages due to misuse.
Guests are expected to treat the property with respect and leave it in the same condition as it was when they arrived. This includes cleaning up after themselves and not damaging any property or furnishings.
Guests may use any amenities provided, but must follow any instructions or guidelines for their use. The host is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from improper use.
Guests may park in designated areas only. The host is not responsible for any damage or theft to vehicles parked on the property.
Early check-ins/late checkouts may be available for a fee. We cannot guarantee availability. If needed, please request 72 hours in advance.
Long stays - for stays of 2 weeks or longer we have a mandatory cleaning every 2 weeks. We will reach out to you to schedule and collect payment. Mid-stay cleans are $195.
Your rental of this home constitutes a temporary accommodation and you may NOT use our address as your primary residence, no matter the length of stay.
You can NOT receive mail or packages at this location. If you expect to receive anything in the mail, please direct it to a package acceptance service, such as a virtual mailbox, local post office, UPS Store, or FedEx store.
The pool is not heated, but always available. The pool is an open pool and does not have a gate or pool cover over it. Please use with caution and use at your own risk.
As you anticipate your arrival, we would like to share important information regarding the maintenance of the swimming pool at our property. The pool is subject to a weekly cleaning schedule, taking place every Thursday. During this time, a technician will access the backyard to perform necessary cleaning, maintenance, and servicing tasks.
Please note that the pool is available for use from 9 AM to 9 PM daily. We kindly ask that you observe these hours to ensure a peaceful environment and show consideration for our neighbors. It is important to mention that swimming outside of these hours is strictly prohibited.
To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness, our pool is treated with a special, non-toxic substance that changes color upon contact with human waste. This innovative approach allows us to ensure the pool remains in pristine condition. Should there be any evidence of color change after your use, a fee of $450 will be charged to cover the costs of a professional technician's services to restore the pool's purity.
Our commitment to providing a clean and safe swimming experience includes weekly professional cleaning and servicing of the outdoor pool. This is to ensure the chemical balance and overall safety are consistently maintained. However, given the outdoor nature of the pool and its proximity to trees and plants, we cannot fully prevent the occasional entry of leaves and debris due to winds and storms. While these natural occurrences are beyond our control, we strive to maintain the cleanliness of the pool to the best of our abilities.
Should you require additional cleaning services during your stay, we are more than willing to accommodate this request for an additional fee of $100, covering the cost of a service technician's visit within the same week.
Please be advised that only proper swimwear is to be worn in the pool. Street clothes are strictly prohibited in order to maintain the pool's cleanliness and hygiene.
Further, we would like to remind guests that any missing home supplies, decor, or towels, as well as any damages such as excess dirt on walls/floors or pet hair requiring deep cleaning after your stay, will result in additional charges. If the towels are used for anything other than drying, they will be billed to you.
Please communicate any concerns within 24 hours, we aim to resolve issues promptly.
Please be aware that we reserve the right to access the property for maintenance and pre-scheduled services/inspections.
For example: Pest control, air filters, lawn care, pool cleaning, property walk-through, etc.
