Did not find what you're looking for above? Then these programs might be the one for you.
About the Program:
Unlike a traditional home equity loan, such as an FHA or refinance loan that you begin paying back soon after your loan closes, a reverse mortgage doesn’t have to be repaid until you leave your home or do not comply with all loan terms.
You must continue to maintain your property and pay property taxes and homeowners insurance.
In addition to having no monthly mortgage payments, you will receive tax-free proceeds from your reverse mortgage loan, and you can designate how you want to receive them.
Reverse mortgages were specifically designed to help those 62 and older supplement their retirement.
To be eligible for a reverse mortgage, you must at a minimum:
Be 62 years or older (a non-borrowing spouse may be under age 62)
Own and live in your home as your primary residence
Undergo a financial assessment to ensure a reverse mortgage can serve you as a sustainable, long-term retirement solution
Receive counseling by an independent, HUD-approved third party to confirm you understand your obligations and responsibilities with a reverse mortgage
Maintain the property and continue paying property taxes, homeowners insurance, homeowner association, and any other applicable fees

Your Local Real Estate Professional & Host of FM 91.5 Welcome Home Show.
My years of full-time experience in the Real Estate industry have given me a clear understanding of the mindset of home buyers and sellers, and a thorough understanding of the regional marketplace, including all of the variables that go into a real estate deal.
As the trusted realtor for my clients, I understand that selling or buying a home is a complicated and very personal process. There's a lot on the line, both financially and personally. This perspective on the process, as well as the sense of responsibility I have toward my clients, motivates me to be a true expert at what I do.
My priority is to make my clients happy. I listen to their needs to achieve the best outcome in every transaction, and I strive to ensure that the buying or selling process is fun, easy, and stress-free.
As a buyer, you want a patient, yet assertive partner to help you to buy the right home for you, at the best possible price. As a seller, you want to effectively market the home and then negotiate to secure the highest possible price and cleanest terms for the sale. This is where I step in to work with you as your consultant and will navigate the entire process for you!
My goal is not to just sell homes, it is to achieve the goals and dreams of those I assist. I do my best to go above and beyond my duty as a Realtor.
