GLA LITIGATION DEPARTMENT

GLA Litigation Team is the department allocated to handle the litigation and all the court works. This department is pro-active and has been tackling with all court and ad-hoc related work.

This department is very actively involved in drafting, filing (in consonance to the affiliated clerks of GLA), counselling clients and tracking the status of the case and updating the client.

This department is the link between the you and the court forum as we ensure that you are seated in a comfortable seat during your litigation journey.

The essence of constitution of a separate department is to provide hassle-free availability of remedy to you for enforcement of right or to rectify the wrong in the society.
