GLA EVIDENCE DEPARTMENT

GLA Evidence Department is a specific department on which various other departments (such as GLA Litigation department, GLA Intellectual Property Rights and various other departments) rely upon.

As such no law firm in India has this department but, however, this was the idea of the founder of the firm as observed in various foreign based law firms. The basic thing upon which the result of a legal matter basis a premises on is the evidence and the relevancy, cogency and validity of the same.

This department functions pro-actively by identifying the evidences (primary, documentary. circumstantial, weapon or any sort of evidence) in a matter and the securing it. It is always advised to first secure the evidence(even before commencing the drafting) and this successful move secures the result in your favor and you can assure half of the battle as won.

This department also secures evidence by virtue of an RTI (Right to information) and all the evidences secured shall be saved within the arsenal such that the half battle is won.
