GLA ALTERNATE DISPUTE RESOLUTION

GLA ADR is the department concerned to resolve the disputes and the same shall be expeditious. As such this department exclusively is designed in order to resolve disputes between parties by the dispute resolution mechanism.

At GLA we always believe why approach the courts if you can settle it and why settle if you can re- conciliate. Today we are a successful leaders in the field of alternate dispute resolution and this roots from the intentions to prolong relations, be it family oriented or contractual.

This department is exclusively involved in research on various points of law in order to resolve disputes between the parties and the supporting law substantiating it. More over, we have adopted a stringent mechanism and rules to avoid unnecessary delays and to ensure the quick remedy.
