Welcome to the "Weilv Notes" App (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This App is developed and operated by [Developer Name] (hereinafter referred to as "we"). We are fully aware of the importance of personal information to you and always adhere to the principles of "legality, legitimacy, necessity, and integrity", committed to protecting your personal information security and privacy rights. This Privacy Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") will detail how we collect, use, store, share, transfer, and publicly disclose your personal information, as well as the relevant rights and protective measures you enjoy.

3. Non-personal information: refers to data that cannot individually identify a specific natural person and has been anonymized or de-identified, such as statistical data on user behavior, App operation data, etc. Such information is not subject to the relevant provisions of this agreement regarding personal information protection.
