WeiJiLanEcom ("we", "us", or "our") operates the Purely Space mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our App. Please read this policy carefully. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Purely Space is designed with privacy as a priority. The App does not require account registration, and we do not collect, upload, or store your personal content on our servers.

1.1 Information Processed Locally on Your Device

Based on the App's actual features, the following data is processed locally on your device only:

• Junk file information: app caches, residual files, ad caches, temporary files, empty folders, and APK leftovers identified during junk scans.

• Installed application information: package names, app names, and app sizes, used by the App Manager for review, uninstall, and leftover detection.

• App usage statistics: foreground/background usage patterns accessed through the usage stats permission, used to identify resource-hungry apps for memory boost and battery saving.

• Media files: photos, videos, and audio accessed for image compression, duplicate photo cleanup, PDF-to-image conversion, and the media browser.

• File system information: file names, sizes, and types across shared storage, used by large-file detection and file browsing.

• Device status information: memory usage, battery level, storage capacity, network speed, and device model information, used to display real-time device health.

All scanning, analysis, compression, conversion, and cleanup operations run entirely on your device. Your personal files are never transmitted to us.

1.2 Information Collected by Advertising Partners

The App displays third-party advertisements through an ad mediation platform (TopOn) and Google AdMob. These partners may automatically collect certain device and usage data, such as:

• Advertising ID (AAID), IP address, device model, OS version, and language;

• Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks);

• Approximate location derived from IP address.

This data is collected and processed by the advertising partners under their own privacy policies, not ours. Please refer to:

1.3 Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, phone number, contacts, or precise location.

• We do not collect, upload, or store your photos, videos, documents, or any personal files on our servers.

2. Permissions and How We Use Them

The App requests the following system permissions solely to provide its features:

• All Files Access (MANAGE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE): required to scan, classify, and delete junk files across shared storage, detect large files, and convert PDF documents into images. Core cleanup features cannot function without it.

• Query All Packages (QUERY_ALL_PACKAGES): required to list installed applications for the App Manager, and to distinguish orphaned leftovers from data that still belongs to an installed app.

• Package Usage Stats (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): required to analyze which apps consume memory and battery, powering the memory boost and battery saver features.

• Read Media Images / Video / Audio: required to compress photos, detect duplicate photos, and let you browse and manage media files.

• Kill Background Processes: required to free up memory by stopping background apps at your request.

• Request Delete Packages: required to let you uninstall apps from within the App Manager (the system always asks for your confirmation).

• Internet / Network State: required to load advertisements and run the network speed test.

• Post Notifications: used only to notify you about cleanup results or device status reminders; you can disable it at any time in system settings.

•  Installed application information: package names, app names, and app sizes, used by the App Manager for review, uninstall, and leftover detection.

3. How We Use Information

Locally processed information is used exclusively to:

• Scan, classify, and remove junk files and large files;

• Compress images and convert PDF pages into pictures at your request;

• Detect duplicate photos and help you organize your gallery;

• Free up memory and extend battery life;

• Measure network speed and display device status;

• Display advertisements that keep the App free.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. The only third parties that receive data are the advertising partners described in Section 1.2, solely for ad delivery and measurement, and only the data types listed there. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Third-Party Services

Besides advertising partners, the App may integrate crash-reporting or analytics components that collect anonymous, non-identifying diagnostic data to help us improve stability. These components are bound by their own privacy policies and are never given access to your personal files.

6. Data Security

Because all personal content is processed and stored locally on your device, your files remain under your control. Advertising data transmissions use industry-standard encryption provided by the ad partners.

7. Data Retention

We do not retain your personal content because it is never uploaded. Advertising partners retain collected data according to their own retention policies. Uninstalling the App and clearing its data removes all locally stored information associated with it.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can address it promptly.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App or on our distribution page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
