Weightless Games ("we", "us", or "our") operates the CRS mobile application (the "Game"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you play our Game.
1. Information Collection and Use
We do not collect, store, or share any personal information.
Offline Mechanics: The Game is fully self-contained and runs 100% offline. We do not use any external databases, servers, or cloud APIs.
Local Storage: Your game progress (clearance levels) and worker profile settings (operator name and profile photo) are saved locally on your device using your native operating system's local storage (SharedPreferences). This data never leaves your device.
Profile Photo: The Game requests access to your device's Camera and Photo Gallery solely to allow you to choose a profile avatar. Photos are processed locally, serialized into text, and stored on your device. We do not transmit or upload your photos to any servers.
2. Third-Party Services
The Game does not integrate with any third-party ads, analytics, tracking SDKs, or external databases.
3. Children's Privacy
Our Game does not collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. Since no data is collected, the Game is fully compliant with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act).
4. Permissions Used
Camera access: Required only if you choose to capture a profile picture using your camera.
Photo Library access: Required only if you choose to import a profile picture from your gallery.
