欢迎使用衡迹（Weight Trace，以下简称“本应用”）。本协议是您与本应用开发者之间关于下载、安装和使用本应用的协议。
下载、安装、访问或使用本应用，即表示您同意本协议。如您不同意，请停止使用并卸载本应用。
> 本文本为上线前通用模板。正式发布前，请根据最终功能、销售地区、订阅安排和适用法律复核，并替换所有占位内容。
### 1. 服务内容
本应用是一款本地优先的体重记录和趋势分析工具，可能提供：
- 手动记录体重；
- Apple 健康体重数据读写；
- 历史、每日代表记录和 Timeline；
- 趋势、方向、波动、数据充分度和一般性洞察；
- 体重目标、标签和备注；
- 本地提醒和 Widget；
- 数据导出、删除和完全重置；
- Pro 订阅功能。
具体功能可能因版本、设备、系统、地区、Apple 服务或订阅状态而不同。
### 2. 使用资格
您应具有接受本协议所需的民事行为能力。未成年人应在父母或监护人指导下使用；适用法律要求同意时，应先获得相应同意。
### 3. 使用许可
在您遵守本协议的前提下，我们授予您有限、非独占、不可转让且不可再许可的个人非商业使用许可。
除非法律明确允许，您不得：
- 复制、销售、出租或再分发本应用；
- 反向工程、反编译或提取源代码；
- 绕过订阅、授权、安全或隐私机制；
- 干扰应用、Apple 服务或其他用户；
- 将本应用用于违法、侵权、欺诈或有害活动。
### 4. 本地数据
核心功能目前无需注册开发者账号。您的主要数据保存在设备本地。
您有责任保护设备密码和 Apple Account、妥善保管导出文件，并在更换、重置或出售设备前确认是否需要导出数据。
除非本应用另行提供云端服务，开发者无法远程恢复仅保存在您设备上的记录。
### 5. HealthKit
您可以选择是否授权本应用访问 Apple 健康中的体重数据。拒绝或撤回权限不影响手动记录。
您理解：
- HealthKit 数据可能受到 Apple、设备、其他应用和权限状态影响；
- 删除本地数据不一定删除 Apple 健康中的数据；
- 本应用不会删除其他来源创建的 HealthKit 数据；
- 您可以在 Apple 健康或系统设置中修改权限。
### 6. 非医疗服务
本应用不是医疗器械，不提供医疗诊断、治疗、处方、紧急医疗服务、减重保证或专业营养指导。
趋势、洞察、波动和提醒仅用于一般记录与信息展示。请勿仅依赖本应用诊断疾病、调整药物、制定极端方案或处理紧急情况。
如有健康疑虑，请咨询具有资质的专业人员；紧急情况请联系当地紧急服务。
### 7. 数据准确性
结果取决于您输入的数据、HealthKit 数据、记录频率和算法条件。
记录不足、时区变化、重复或异常记录、权限受限、不同数据来源、算法升级或系统故障均可能造成偏差。
本应用不保证趋势、洞察或预测绝对准确。您应自行核对重要记录。
### 8. Pro 订阅
本应用可能提供月度和年度自动续期订阅。商品名称、价格、周期、试用和优惠以 App Store 及购买页面为准。
- 购买和扣款由 Apple 处理；
- 除非按 Apple 要求取消，否则订阅可能自动续期；
- 删除应用、完全重置或停止使用不会自动取消订阅；
- 您可以通过 Apple Account 或 App Store 管理订阅；
- 退款由 Apple 按其规则处理；
- Pro 权益以经过验证的 Apple 交易和订阅状态为依据；
- 用户取消、Pending 或无法验证的交易不授予 Pro；
- 数据导出、数据删除和基本隐私控制不会仅因未订阅而被禁止。
### 9. 通知和 Widget
本地通知和 Widget 依赖 iOS 系统能力。系统可能延迟、不展示或移除通知，Widget 也可能不会立即刷新。
锁屏和桌面内容可能被他人看到。通知和 Widget 不应作为医疗、服药或紧急事项的唯一提醒。
### 10. 导出和分享
导出文件可能包含敏感健康信息。您应核对导出内容、选择可信的保存位置和接收方，并在不再需要时删除副本。
您主动选择的第三方服务、接收方或存储位置对数据的处理不由本应用控制。
### 11. 数据删除
删除操作可能不可撤销，请在必要时提前导出。
重置或删除本地数据不会自动：
- 取消 App Store 订阅；
- 删除 Apple 购买历史；
- 修改系统通知或 HealthKit 权限；
- 删除其他来源写入 Apple 健康的数据；
- 删除已保存到其他位置的导出文件。
本应用可能临时保存最小化的删除流程状态，以便安全恢复中断的删除。
### 12. 第三方和系统服务
本应用可能使用 iOS、HealthKit、StoreKit、App Store、WidgetKit、UserNotifications、Apple Account、系统分享和文件服务。
这些服务由 Apple 独立提供，其可用性、条款、隐私规则和收费规则不由本应用控制。
### 13. 知识产权
本应用的代码、界面、图形、设计、文字、商标和其他内容的知识产权归开发者或相应权利人所有。
您保留对自己录入数据依法享有的权利。使用本应用不会将这些数据的所有权转让给开发者。
### 14. 服务变更
我们可能因体验改进、安全修复、平台变化、法律要求、第三方服务变化或运营调整修改、暂停或终止部分功能。
对于影响核心数据访问、导出或删除能力的重大变化，我们会尽量通过适当方式通知。
### 15. 免责声明
在适用法律允许的范围内，本应用按“现状”和“可用状态”提供。
我们不保证应用始终不中断、所有设备完全兼容、健康数据始终准确、通知或 Widget 始终准时，或本地数据在设备故障和误操作后一定可恢复。
本条不排除法律不得排除的消费者权利和法定责任。
### 16. 责任限制
在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者不对因以下事项造成的间接、附带、特殊或后果性损失承担责任：
- 您依据本应用作出的健康或生活决定；
- 错误或不完整的数据；
- 未妥善保管设备或导出文件；
- Apple 或第三方服务中断；
- 未及时取消自动续订；
- 未导出即卸载、重置或更换设备；
- 超出合理控制范围的事件。
### 17. 终止
您可以随时停止使用并卸载本应用，但卸载不会自动取消订阅。
如您违反本协议、滥用本应用或从事违法行为，我们可以在法律允许范围内限制相关功能。
### 18. 协议更新
我们可能因功能、法律或平台要求变化更新本协议。重大变更将通过应用内提示、版本说明或其他适当方式告知。
### 19. 适用法律和争议解决
本协议适用 [填写国家或地区] 的法律，但不影响您所在地强制性消费者保护或数据保护权利。
争议应先通过友好协商解决；协商不成时，提交至 [填写有管辖权的法院或仲裁机构]，但强制性法律另有规定的除外。

## English Version
Welcome to Weight Trace (Chinese name: 衡迹, the “App”). These Terms form an agreement between you and the developer regarding your download, installation, access, and use of the App.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using and uninstall the App.
> This is a general pre-launch template. Before release, review it against the final features, sales regions, subscription arrangements, and applicable laws, and replace all placeholders.
### 1. Service Description
The App is a local-first weight-tracking and trend-analysis tool that may provide:
- Manual weight tracking;
- Reading and writing Body Mass data through Apple Health;
- History, daily representative records, and timeline events;
- Trends, direction, volatility, data sufficiency, and general insights;
- Weight goals, tags, and notes;
- Local reminders and widgets;
- Data export, deletion, and full reset;
- Pro subscription features.
Features may vary by version, device, operating system, region, Apple service availability, or subscription status.
### 2. Eligibility
You must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. Minors should use the App under the guidance of a parent or guardian, with consent where required by law.
### 3. License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license for personal, non-commercial use.
Unless permitted by law, you may not:
- Copy, sell, rent, or redistribute the App;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code;
- Circumvent subscription, authorization, security, or privacy controls;
- Interfere with the App, Apple services, or other users;
- Use the App for unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
### 4. Local Data
Core features currently do not require a developer-operated account. Your primary data is stored locally.
You are responsible for protecting your device passcode and Apple Account, safeguarding exported files, and deciding whether to export data before replacing, resetting, or selling a device.
Unless a cloud service is expressly introduced, the developer cannot remotely recover records stored only on your device.
### 5. HealthKit
You may choose whether to authorize access to Body Mass data in Apple Health. Declining or revoking permission does not prevent manual tracking.
You understand that:
- HealthKit data may be affected by Apple, your device, other apps, and permission status;
- Deleting local data may not delete Apple Health data;
- The App does not delete HealthKit data created by another source;
- You may change permission in Apple Health or system settings.
### 6. Not a Medical Service
The App is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, emergency services, guaranteed weight-loss outcomes, or professional nutrition advice.
Trends, insights, volatility, and reminders are for general tracking and information only. Do not rely solely on the App to diagnose disease, change medication, create extreme programs, or handle emergencies.
Consult a qualified professional for health concerns and contact local emergency services in an emergency.
### 7. Accuracy
Results depend on the data you enter, HealthKit data, recording frequency, and algorithmic conditions.
Insufficient records, time-zone changes, duplicate or unusual data, restricted permissions, multiple sources, algorithm updates, or system failures may affect accuracy.
The App does not guarantee that trends, insights, or forecasts are completely accurate. You should review important records yourself.
### 8. Pro Subscriptions
The App may offer monthly and yearly automatically renewing subscriptions. Product names, prices, periods, trials, and promotions are those shown in the App Store and purchase screen.
- Apple handles purchases and billing;
- A subscription may renew automatically unless cancelled under Apple’s rules;
- Deleting the App, performing a full reset, or stopping use does not cancel a subscription;
- You may manage subscriptions through Apple Account or the App Store;
- Apple handles refunds under its policies;
- Pro access is based on verified Apple transactions and subscription status;
- Cancelled, pending, or unverified transactions do not grant Pro;
- Data export, data deletion, and essential privacy controls are not blocked solely because you are not subscribed.
### 9. Notifications and Widgets
Local notifications and widgets depend on iOS. The system may delay, suppress, or remove notifications, and widget data may not refresh immediately.
Lock-screen and Home Screen content may be visible to others. Notifications and widgets should not be the only reminder for medication, healthcare, or emergencies.
### 10. Export and Sharing
Export files may contain sensitive health information. You are responsible for reviewing content, selecting trusted storage and recipients, and deleting copies when no longer needed.
The App does not control how a third-party service, recipient, or storage location selected by you handles the data.
### 11. Data Deletion
Deletion may be irreversible. Export a backup first where appropriate.
Resetting or deleting local data does not automatically:
- Cancel an App Store subscription;
- Delete Apple purchase history;
- Change notification or HealthKit permissions;
- Delete Apple Health data created by another source;
- Delete exports already saved elsewhere.
The App may temporarily preserve minimal erasure-workflow state to safely resume an interrupted deletion.
### 12. Third-Party and System Services
The App may use iOS, HealthKit, StoreKit, the App Store, WidgetKit, UserNotifications, Apple Account, system sharing, and file services.
Apple independently provides these services. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, and fees are outside the App’s control.
### 13. Intellectual Property
The App’s code, interface, graphics, design, text, trademarks, and other content are owned by the developer or relevant rights holder.
You retain applicable rights in data you enter. Using the App does not transfer ownership of that data to the developer.
### 14. Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue a feature because of product improvements, security fixes, platform changes, legal requirements, third-party changes, or operational decisions.
We will use reasonable means to communicate material changes affecting core data access, export, or deletion.
### 15. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete compatibility, perfect health-data accuracy, timely notifications or widgets, or recoverability of local data after device failure or user error.
Nothing in this section excludes mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
### 16. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from:
- Health or lifestyle decisions based on the App;
- Incorrect or incomplete data;
- Failure to secure a device or export file;
- Apple or third-party service interruptions;
- Failure to cancel auto-renewal;
- Uninstalling, resetting, or replacing a device without exporting data;
- Events outside reasonable control.
### 17. Termination
You may stop using and uninstall the App at any time, but uninstalling does not cancel a subscription.
If you violate these Terms, misuse the App, or engage in unlawful activity, we may restrict relevant features to the extent permitted by law.
### 18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms because of feature, legal, or platform changes. Material changes will be communicated through the App, release notes, or another appropriate method.
### 19. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of [Insert country or region], without reducing mandatory consumer or data-protection rights where you live.
The parties should first attempt good-faith resolution. If unresolved, the dispute may be submitted to [Insert competent court or arbitration body], unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
