State Secretary:

Whoever gets this job assigned from the dictator will be the right hand man of them. They will be responsible for speaking on behalf of the dictator, answering the people’s questions about their reign, and be the one people contact first for questions and concerns. If a Dictator resigns before their week is up, the State Secretary will be the first person in line to take the role for the rest of the week. This means the Dictator will have to choose their secretary carefully, because if they choose to resign, it’ll be them who takes the throne. Secretaries can always be fired and replaced if needed.
