Our application is designed to respect your privacy by collecting the absolute minimum amount of data required to function.
- **Text Prompts (Design Descriptions):** The only user-generated data we collect are the text prompts and style selections you type into the application (e.g., "A luxury white floral wedding stage").
- **No Personal Identifiable Information (PII):** We **DO NOT** collect your name, email address, phone number, exact location data, contacts, or biometric data. We do not require you to create a user account.
## 2. How We Collect That Data
- **Direct User Input:** Your text prompts are collected exclusively when you manually type them into the text input boxes within the App and explicitly press the "Generate" button. We do not collect data passively in the background.
## 3. All Uses of That Data
The text prompts you provide are used for one single, explicit purpose:
- **To Generate Wedding Decor Images:** We process your text prompts strictly to instruct the AI models to visualize and generate the wedding stage, table setting, or floral arrangement images you requested.
- **No Tracking or Advertising:** Your prompts are **NOT** used for targeted advertising, marketing, profiling, or cross-app tracking.
## 4. Who The Data is Sent To (Third-Party AI Services)
To provide the core functionality of generating high-quality AI images from your text, the App must transmit your text prompts to external third-party AI service providers.
Before any data is transmitted, the App displays an explicit disclosure prompt asking for your permission to share this data. When you grant permission and generate an image, your text prompt is transmitted strictly to the following third-party services:
1. **OpenAI, L.L.C.:** Your text prompt is sent to OpenAI's API to enhance and translate your simple idea into a highly detailed photographic description.
2. **Replicate, Inc. & Black Forest Labs:** The enhanced text prompt is then transmitted to Replicate's API (utilizing Black Forest Labs' models) to render the final visual image.
*Note: We do not transmit any Personal Identifiable Information (PII) or device identifiers alongside your text prompts to these third-party AI services.*
## 5. Third-Party Data Protection Confirmation
We strictly vet our partners and **we confirm that any third-party AI service the app shares data with (OpenAI and Replicate) provides the same or equal protection of user data as stated in this Privacy Policy.**
- Both OpenAI and Replicate employ industry-standard encryption (such as TLS) during data transmission.
- We utilize enterprise API endpoints for these services, which means your submitted text prompts are **NOT** used by these third parties to train their public AI models.
## 6. Photo Library Access
- **Saving Images:** If you choose to export an image generated by the AI, the App will request permission to save the image to your device's native Photo Library.
- **Privacy Assurance:** The App only *adds* images to your library. It does not read, scan, upload, or modify any of your existing photos.
## 7. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
All payments and subscriptions are processed entirely and securely through the Apple App Store. We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information or billing details.

- We do not store your generated images or text prompts on remote servers. The images you generate are stored locally on your device.
