1. Please keep the house clean and tidy to avoid extra charges. 

2. Kindly switch off all air conditioners and electrical items if is not in use. Refer to our Electricity Fair Usage Policy. Extra power system card can be arrange with RM25/day

3. Bedding arrangement: Every 2 guests per queen size bed. Please inform us 1 day advance for extra guests (subject to availability). Extra laundry charges will apply if require 1 person per bed. 

4. Strictly No Smoking, drugs, shoe odour, and durian inside the house. The cost of disobey the rules will incurred RM200 penalty.

5. Guest shall be responsible for all cost that affect the condition of unit and upcoming bookings. Includes: smells of smoking, durians and serious dirty/stains and damage.

6. Light cooking only & wash the dishes and utensils if any. 

7. Keep noise down and respect the neighbors. 

8. If you break something please let us know, so that we can replace it for the next guests. 

9. If towels or bedsheets condition are beyond washable (eg. blood/wine stain), guest may pay for replacement cost. 

10. Replacement cost for lost or damaged: Main door(RM60/key), Room door (RM45/key), access card (RM60), towel (RM85), bedsheet & quill cover (RM160-280), comforter (RM200-240), Pillow case (RM45)

11. Keys and Wiring: The keys provided are connected through a wired system. If the wiring is found to be broken or tampered with, a charge of RM 60 will be applied. The cost of electricity will be calculated from the day of check-in.

12. Please carry the key set with at all times as the room door will be lock automatically.

• After Office Hours (before 12am), Sat, Sun & Public Holidays (RM200)

- Guests are required to rebook a new unit for temporily stay if the management unable to arrange the key over.

13. Electricity Fair Usage Policy: Long term guests (stay 7 nights or more) are required to follow the electricity fair usage policy. RM250 per month or RM8.50 per night are allocated to guests which are well adequate for fair usage. The guest may be charged for abusive usage of the electricity.

14. We are require RM500 security deposit for long-term rental and will be refunded after verify the electricity bill (1-1.5months)

15. Please be expect that check in time may be delay during weekend, peak season and holiday period.

1. Please take care of the public facilities, respect the house rules and the neighbors.

2. Wear proper swim attire in swimming pool. No outdoor clothes allowed in the pool.

3. Please dry off before entering the lift. Change your clothes at changing room after swimming.

4. Switch off the electricity after using sauna and steam room (if any).

5. Use gym room equipment with care.
