The Weber Education Association advocates for the well being of teachers in Weber School District. WEA is affiliated with Ogden/Weber UniServ, the Utah Education Association, and the National Education Association. This large network of educators and support staff, ensures that teachers voices are heard, from the local districts to the national government and every bureaucratic level in between.

For more than a century, the Utah Education Association has been dedicated to preserving and enhancing Utah public education. The UEA represents about 18,000 active classroom teachers, retired educators, administrators, licensed educational support personnel and students in education programs at universities.
