Welcome to our application. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the mobile application (“Application”) provided by Bo Li (“we”).
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.
1. License Grant
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Application on devices you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and the App Store Review Guidelines.
2. In-App Purchases (IAP)
Consumables: The Application offers virtual currency (Coins) and bundles (Special Offers, Value Bundles). These are “Consumables”.
Payments: All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using your registered account.
Virtual Items: Virtual items have no “real-world” value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other value outside the Application.
Users agree to the processing of data related to refund requests: According to the App Store's refund policy, when a user initiates a refund request, our servers will receive a notification from Apple (CONSUMPTION_REQUEST). In this case, we will provide Apple with data related to the user's subscription to assist Apple in making a refund decision. Please note that the data provided is strictly limited to subscription-related consumption information and does not contain any personal or sensitive data. We are committed to complying with Apple's requirements and ensuring that all data processing activities fully comply with privacy laws and regulations. By using this application, you agree to transfer your subscription consumption data to Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policy for processing refund requests.
3. User Conduct Guidelines
You agree not to:
Modify, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract the application's source code.
Use cheat programs, automated software (bots), or any third-party software designed to modify the application experience.
Exploit application vulnerabilities or glitches for profit or competitive advantage.
Use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interests in the application (including but not limited to graphics, music, and feature design) belong to Bo Li. These elements are protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the application at our sole discretion without notice if we believe your actions violate these Terms or are detrimental to the interests of other users or our business.
6. Disclaimer
The application is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, availability, or error-free nature of the application. You use the application at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bo Li shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the application, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the application after a change to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
