The Palouse region of the Pacific Northwest is one of the most abundant areas in our nation.

We also have a food insecurity rate of one in six people, which is higher than the national average.

Poverty on the Palouse is a citizen volunteer group based in Moscow, Idaho, formed to address this high rate of food insecurity. We have been working since 2018 to improve the food security of our area, to come together to help feed our neighbors.

Next Public meeting: Currently public meetings and Steering committee meetings are cancelled, due to Idaho shut down. We will update as soon as this changes.
