To download a playbill, you must also click on the expand option. Then, there is a file symbol in the upper right hand corner that will allow you to download the full file. It will automatically download as a pdf, and to search your own file, you can open the file and utilize the ctrl+f search function. 

Step 1: click on the playbill you want to download, whether that is the link on the spreadsheet or through the University of Akron's online archival page.

Step 2: click on the expansion button at the top right hand corner of the playbill's first page

Step 3: in the expanded window, there is the download button, it is the third button from the right in the upper right hand corner

It will automatically save as an unnamed document in the downloads file in your computer. You may rename the file and relocate it however you wish.
