It is safe to say that the Weathervane collection hosted online here and physically at the University of Akron is far from complete. There are several missing playbills and the playbill collection ends at the 1999-2000 season. If you have any of the playbills that are missing from the collection or other Weathervane related materials you think could help tell a fuller story of the playhouse, please contact the Weathervane Community Playhouse at 330-836-2626 or email at info@weathervaneplayhouse.com.

Please note that for the purposes of this project, it is preferred to donate physical materials directly to the Weathervane Playhouse, who will then pass on the materials to the University of Akron Archives and Special Collections for physical maintenance and storage. If you donate materials directly to the University, then it will take far more time for your donation to be digitized and uploaded into the collection.
