Naver Weather

Naver has partnered with four different weather forecasting companies to give daily weather updates to people who use Naver. The Korean Meteorological Administration (KMA) is one of the main providers of weather forecasting in Naver. All weather information released by KMA is released to the public in real-time, this includes short, medium, and long-range forecasts, as well as typhoon forecasts and weather warnings when there are drastic weather changes. 

Naver weather provides a lot of information that is being updated in real-time. Aside from the usual public weather forecasts, Naver weather also provides Naver also provides a weather map for users. The weather map itself is nice, as you can scroll to see the current air quality in the country or city. Naver weather also gives news, weekly and monthly forecasts, satellite and radar images, weather news videos, season forecasts, past weather history, and daily living and health index. Naver weather also has a forecast comparison between the four weather forecast providers(including KMA). Fine dust forecasts are also available and they can be viewed either by neighborhood, by country, or with microimaging which is updated every hour.

Naver weather updates are very helpful for Koreans and even foreigners when they travel to South Korea since it gives them time to plan trips according to the weather since the forecasts are very close to accurate. Weather warnings are very important to Koreans as these announcements help them prepare and stay alert for possible natural disasters and calamities.
