WEARKEEPER PRIVACY POLICY

Last updated: 13 July 2026

OVERVIEW

WearKeeper is developed by Mirage Interactive.

This Privacy Policy explains what information WearKeeper processes, how that information is used, where it is stored, and the choices available to you.

THE SHORT VERSION

WearKeeper stores your watch collection data on your own device.

Mirage Interactive does not operate servers for WearKeeper and therefore does not see, collect, store, or have access to your personal collection data.

Your data only leaves your device when:

• You choose to enable Google Drive backup, in which case the backup is uploaded to your own Google Drive account.

• You use a feature that requires internet access, such as downloading the optional AI model or reading information from a product listing link.

WearKeeper does not upload your collection data to Mirage Interactive.

INFORMATION STORED BY WEARKEEPER

Your Collection Data

Information such as the following is stored locally on your device in WearKeeper’s private app database:

• Watches and collection details

• Wear history

• Diary entries

• Photographs

• Receipts

Mirage Interactive cannot access or view this information.

Your collection data does not leave your device unless you choose to use a feature that specifically requires it, such as optional Google Drive backup.

OPTIONAL GOOGLE DRIVE BACKUP

You may choose to enable Google Drive backup from WearKeeper’s Settings.

When this feature is enabled:

• WearKeeper uploads an encrypted copy of your data to your own Google Drive account.

• Google’s own sign-in system is used to connect your account.

• The backup uses storage from your own Google Drive account.

• The backup is not sent to Mirage Interactive.

• Mirage Interactive cannot access or view your Google Drive backup.

Google Drive backup is entirely optional. WearKeeper can be used without enabling this feature.

Google’s handling of your Google account and Google Drive is governed by Google’s own privacy policies and terms.

ON-DEVICE AI FEATURES

WearKeeper may allow you to download a small artificial intelligence model for features such as suggestions and diary assistance.

The model is downloaded directly to your device from Hugging Face, a public AI model repository.

Once downloaded, the AI model runs entirely on your device.

WearKeeper does not send your:

• Photographs

• Diary entries

• Watch collection information

• Wear history

• Receipts

to Hugging Face or Mirage Interactive for the AI features to operate.

RECEIPT SCANNING

WearKeeper may use text-recognition technology to extract text from receipt photographs.

Receipt recognition is performed entirely on your device using Google’s on-device ML Kit technology.

Receipt images are not uploaded to Mirage Interactive or to an external server for text recognition.

PURCHASES

WearKeeper may offer a one-time “Unlock Everything” purchase.

Purchases are processed entirely through Google Play.

Mirage Interactive does not receive or have access to your full payment card or banking details.

Google’s handling of purchases and payment information is governed by Google Play’s own privacy policies and terms.

WHAT WE DO NOT DO

WearKeeper does not:

• Display third-party advertising.

• Use advertising trackers.

• Use analytics or behavioural-tracking SDKs.

• Maintain a WearKeeper server containing your collection data.

• Sell your personal information.

• Share your collection data with advertisers.

• Use your data to build advertising profiles.

Because Mirage Interactive does not have access to your locally stored collection data, it cannot sell or share that data.

PERMISSIONS USED BY WEARKEEPER

Internet Access

Internet access may be used only for functions such as:

• Downloading the optional on-device AI model.

• Reading information from a product listing link when you choose to use that feature.

• Connecting to your Google account for optional Google Drive backup.

• Processing purchases through Google Play.

Notifications

WearKeeper may request permission to send notifications.

Notifications are used only when you enable reminder features within WearKeeper’s Settings.

You can disable notifications at any time through WearKeeper’s Settings or your device settings.

Biometric Authentication and Device Lock

WearKeeper may use your device’s security system when you enable App Lock.

Depending on your device, this may include:

• Fingerprint authentication

• Facial authentication

• PIN

• Password

• Pattern

WearKeeper does not receive, access, or store your fingerprint, facial data, or other biometric information.

Biometric authentication is handled entirely by your device’s operating system.

CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

WearKeeper is not directed at children and is not designed for use by children.

Mirage Interactive does not knowingly collect personal information from children through WearKeeper.

DELETING YOUR DATA

WearKeeper’s collection data is stored locally on your device.

You can delete locally stored data by:

• Using any available deletion functions within WearKeeper.

• Clearing WearKeeper’s app data through your device settings.

• Uninstalling WearKeeper from your device.

Uninstalling WearKeeper or clearing its app data will normally delete the locally stored WearKeeper database.

If you have enabled Google Drive backup, uninstalling the app may not automatically delete backup files stored in your Google Drive account.

You can delete those backup files directly from your own Google Drive account at any time.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Mirage Interactive may update this Privacy Policy when WearKeeper’s features, legal obligations, or data practices change.

When this Privacy Policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will also be changed.
