Information for the Authors
Submission portal is open from 1st October 2021 and authors can submit their papers at CMT using following link: https://cmt3.research.microsoft.com/WCVA2021/
We request authors to use the same paper template as that of ICVGIP conference for submission of papers at WCVA 2021. Authors can submit a single file as paper manuscript (max 20 MB). The supplementary material (as single pdf or zip file with max size of 50 MB) can be uploaded after paper submission. The detailed author guidelines on manuscript template are available at following link: https://iitj.ac.in/icvgip2021/authorGuidelines.php
Camera Ready Submission Guidelines:
Please follow the Springer's template for camera ready submission. You can find the latex template at following link:
https://www.springer.com/gp/computer-science/lncs/conference-proceedings-guidelines
Please check that you have updated the title, authors and affiliation in your paper. Paper size should be at least 12 pages (in camera ready single column template format).
Name the camera ready manuscript PDF as PaperID.pdf, where PaperID is the paper ID you have on CMT for your submission. Upload the properly named manuscript PDF (of max 20 MB size) to the CMT portal.
Make a zip (of max 30 MB) of all the source files required to create your pdf - including tex files, images, latex style and class files. Name the zip archive as PaperID.zip. Upload the zip of your source files to the CMT portal as well.
All camera ready manuscripts are to be submitted by 1st December through the CMT portal used for the paper submission. We will share the seperate copyright form later.
At least one author for each paper accepted has to register for the ICVGIP conference by paying the registration fees. Please note that this is essential to cover the cost of publication. Please find theregistration guidelines at: https://iitj.ac.in/icvgip2021/registration.php
