WCO Vice-Chairperson for the Asia/Pacific Region

Commissioner of Hong Kong Customs

I am deeply honoured to take on the prestigious and important role of Vice-Chairperson for the WCO Asia/Pacific Region (APVC) upon my assumption of the post of Commissioner of Hong Kong Customs and Excise, Hong Kong, China on 31 December 2024.

Mrs Wendy Stanton is the Customs Manager for IKEA (Australia) based in NSW, Australia. 

She held the position of Vice-Chair in 2023 and was elected to WCO Regional Private Sector AP Chair in 2024.

Vice Chair - Asia Pacific RPSG

Mrs Scarlett Tang is the director of HK Customs Affairs Dept for Huawei International Co., Ltd, base in HKSAR, PRC.

She was elected as the vice-chair of WCO RPSG AP in 2024.
