Our Watauga Unit of NCRSP 2025 scholarship recipient is Jesus Ruiz-Gantes. Jesus plans include two years at Warren Wilson and then a transfer to ASU to finish his education degree. His end goal is to be a Spanish teacher so next generations can be well educated in the vibrant Latin American culture of his family. We wish him well in his path to success.

The theme for our meeting was "Oh, the Places We've Been". Carol Neal, who has traveled extensively brought several of her scrape books for us to view. She recommends taking lots of pictures and keeping a daily log of activities and locations so you can better remember every aspect of all your trips.
