Description
Troides helena's distribution ranges from northern India to Malaysia and Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java, Bali, western part of Nusa Tenggara, and Sulawesi. Larval host plants is Aristolochia acuminata and Thottea tomentosa (both from Aristolochiaceae family). Aristolochia indica, Aristolochia tagala and Thottea siliquosa.
