ArmorVax Registration

How to register for an appointment using ArmorVax

Wood County Health Department has partnered with ArmorVax, a mobile application, to help people find and register for COVID-19 vaccines. Each provider's scheduling and registration are different. Find information on providers on this page. If you are having any technical issues, please email support@armorvax.com. You can download the app and create an account before your registration window is open to be prepared. Please do not register for an appointment unless you are eligible at that time. To see when you will be eligible, check this page.

Download the app using the links below, or go to the ArmorVax website.

ArmorVax will show available appointments for providers, like Wood County Health Department, that are using that service. Appointments are made available at noon on Fridays. Other providers may have a different scheduling process.

If you are unable to register with ArmorVax, you can ask a family member to help you through the registration, or call 419-352-8402 and choose Option 1 for help scheduling an appointment.
