Clinic details

Addictions

Location:  3rd floor

Common presentations: 

• Initial assessment regarding alcohol use disorder and problematic alcohol use referred from primary care, the emergency department or self-referred

• Follow-up of alcohol use interventions including drinking changes, medication adherence and effects (naltrexone, acamprosate, gabapentin) and health issues associated with alcohol use

• Individuals on opioid agonist therapy for management of opioid use disorder (medications include buprenorphine, methadone and slow-release oral morphine).

• Individuals with concurrent mental health and substance use issues, including anxiety and mood disorders.

Gastroenterology
