Referees (Western):
SHOK - How to avoid problems on kick situations with an emphasis on scrimmage kicks.
The common problems with the goal line, and scimmage line, and how a review in pregame might avoid these mistakes.
Umpires (Eastern):
Common problems on scrimmage plays with respect to zones and keys, how umpires can coordinate zone coverage with other officials during the game.
Head Linesmen (Central):
Cross-field communication with fellow wing, signals, etc., that can be used on formations, legal and illegal.
Making sure both wings are on the same page as far as legal and illegal formations

Review of out-of-bounds play coverage by all officials with emphasis on areas of coverage by officials not primary to out-of-bounds play.
When a late hit becomes a late hit? On run plays? On pass plays?
Fairfield:
Scrimmage Kicks - Keys, zones prior to and during the kick.
What to look / anticipate in scrimmage kick situation (punts v. field goals).
Position-by-position review of pre-snap and at-the-snap keys, zones of coverage once the kick is off, etc.
Concentration on punt plays with some review of FGs.
Central:
Legally downfield or illegally downfield:
What are the restrictions for interior lineman, covered ends?
With or without contact?
When can a lineman go downfield on a pass (passes beyond the LOS and behind the LOS.)
Colonial:
Legal Shifts, illegal shifts, what is a shift?
When can an interior lineman can move to another position, when he is restricted?
What eliminates the restriction?
LOS requirements on each down.
What the numbering requirements are in a scrimmage kick formation on downs other than fourth, and then fourth.
Western:
Review of kick-off mechanics as now in the manual.
