This privacy policy applies to the 깨달 app (hereby

referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was

created by (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a

Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

This privacy policy is effective as of 2026-04-18.

Information Collection and Use

The Application collects and stores the following types of

data:

1. Data Stored Locally on Your Device Only

The following data is stored on your device using

SharedPreferences and is NOT transmitted to any external

server:

- Alarm settings (title, time, repeat schedule, sound mode)

- App preferences (theme, subscription settings)

- Walk/run records that have not been shared to the community

2. Data Transmitted to Our Server (Supabase)

When you use the community ("틈틈") features, the following

data is transmitted to and stored on our Supabase server via

encrypted HTTPS connection:

- Nickname: A display name you choose (not your real name)

- Posts: Text content, location name, route name

- Exercise data: Distance (km), duration (minutes), step count

- GPS route coordinates: Latitude and longitude points

recorded during walks/runs (only when you choose to share a

post)

- Photos: Walk/run photos you choose to upload (stored in

Supabase Storage)

- Likes and comments: Your community interactions

- Medal/badge records: Achievement data

No real name, email address, phone number, or payment

information is collected.

3. Device Identifier

- Collected: Android Device ID

- Purpose: Account recovery when the app is reinstalled (to

restore your nickname, posts, and medals)

- This identifier is stored on our server and is not used for

any other purpose, including advertising or tracking.

4. Authentication

The Application uses anonymous authentication. No sign-up or

generated and used to identify your data.

Location Data Collection and Use

- Precise location (GPS): Collected only during active

walk/run tracking when you have granted location permission

- Purpose: Recording your walk/run route for personal records

and optional community sharing

- GPS route data is transmitted to our server ONLY when you

choose to share a post to the community

- You may revoke location permission at any time through your

device's Settings. Revoking permission will disable walk/run

route tracking.

Photos

- Photos are collected only when you choose to take or select

a photo during walk/run completion

- Photos are uploaded to our Supabase Storage server only when

you share a community post

- Uploaded photos are accessible via public URL for display in

the community feed

- You can delete your posts (including photos) at any time

within the app

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

- Google Play Services: App distribution and updates

- Supabase: Backend database and file storage for community

features (https://supabase.com/privacy)

- YouTube oEmbed API: Fetching video titles when a YouTube URL

is used for media alarms (only the video ID is sent)

- Google Maps SDK: Displaying walk/run routes on maps

The Application does NOT use:

- Advertising SDKs (no AdMob, no ads)

- Analytics SDKs (no Firebase Analytics, no Google Analytics)

- Social login SDKs (no Facebook, no Google Sign-In)

- Crash reporting SDKs

No user data is sold to third parties.

Data Retention and Deletion

- Local data: Deleted when you uninstall the app

- Community posts: You can delete your own posts, comments,

and photos within the app at any time

- Full account deletion: Contact the Service Provider at

mam060922@gmail.com to request complete deletion of all

server-stored data

- The Service Provider will respond to deletion requests

within a reasonable time

Opt-Out Rights

- You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the

Application

- You can use the alarm features without using community

features (no server data transmission)

- You can revoke location, camera, and storage permissions

individually through device Settings

Children

The Application does not knowingly collect personally

identifiable information from children under the age of 13. If

the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has

provided personal information, it will be immediately deleted

from the server. If you are a parent or guardian and believe

your child has provided personal information, please contact

mam060922@gmail.com.

Security

All data transmitted between the Application and our server is

encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. Server-side data is protected by

Supabase's security infrastructure including row-level

security policies.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The

Service Provider will notify you of changes by updating this

page. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy

periodically.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to the processing of

your information as described in this Privacy Policy.
