FEBRUARY TRAINING
There will be no training at East Point Academy during half term (Monday 16 and Thursday 19 February).
Endurance training details are shared separately.
SPORTSHALL REGIONAL FINALS
Well done to all athletes who competed for Suffolk in the regional Sportshall finals today.
There were third placed finishes for U13 girls and U15 girls, with Freya also taking third as an individual U15. All the boys teams (U11, U13 and U15 ) finished in fourth, and U11 girls finished in fifth.

JOEL INVITED TO BRITISH INDOORS AND BREAKS CLUB RECORDS
Joel has been invited to compete in the 200m at the British Indoor Championships in Birmingham this February – an amazing achievement!
However, it clashes with the British Universities and Colleges Sport (BUCS) Indoor Championships this year which is currently Joel's preference this year.
In December Joel broke club indoor records in the 60m and 400m.
NORFOLK CROSS COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIPS
Well done to all athletes who competed in the Norfolk XC Championships.
Cody, Theo F and Lauren raced in U13’s with Cody retaining his County Title.
George and Alfie dominated the U17 race taking 1st and 2nd place respectively.
