WaVeMaster Academy (“WaVeMaster”, “we”, “our” or “us”) respects the privacy of our users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored and protected when you use the WaVeMaster Academy mobile application and related services.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on your role and use of WaVeMaster, we may collect information including your name, email address, mobile number, account and profile information, coaching qualifications and professional information, swimmer information, lesson records, swimming skill assessments, coach feedback, progress records, attendance and scheduling information.
For authorised administrative purposes, WaVeMaster may also store business operational information such as sales leads and financial transaction records.
2. Swimmer and Children's Information
WaVeMaster may contain information relating to child swimmers where this is necessary for swimming lesson administration, coaching and progress tracking. Such information should be provided and accessed only by authorised parents or guardians, coaches and academy personnel as appropriate.
WaVeMaster does not use children's personal information for advertising.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate WaVeMaster, manage swimmers and coaches, schedule and record lessons, track swimming progress, prepare coaching assessments and feedback, communicate relevant progress information, manage academy operations, maintain security and improve our services.
4. Data Storage and Security
WaVeMaster uses third-party technology and cloud infrastructure, including Supabase, for services such as authentication, database storage and application functionality.
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, including authentication and role-based access controls, designed to protect information from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or loss.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell users' personal information.
Information may be accessible to authorised WaVeMaster administrators, coaches, parents or guardians according to their roles and legitimate operational requirements. We may also use service providers that process information on our behalf to operate the application.
We may disclose information where required by applicable law.
6. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain legitimate business and coaching records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Users may request access, correction or deletion of their personal information by contacting WaVeMaster Academy. Certain information may need to be retained where required by law or legitimate record-keeping requirements.
7. Account Security
Users are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and should not share passwords with unauthorised persons.
8. Future Features
WaVeMaster may introduce additional functionality, including AI-assisted coaching and administrative features. If future functionality materially changes how personal information is collected or processed, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as WaVeMaster develops or where required by law or platform requirements. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
