WattCost is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect, transmit, or store any personal or sensitive user data on our servers.
All appliance data, calculated costs, and custom lists you create within the "My Appliances" tab are saved locally on your device. We do not have access to this information.
Currently, the App does not use any third-party services that may collect information used to identify you. If we introduce analytics or advertising networks in the future to improve the app, this policy will be updated accordingly.
Because your data remains on your personal device, the security of your information is tied to the security of your device. We recommend utilizing device-level security features such as passcodes or biometric locks to protect your device.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
