Dream Box Studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates WaterGo: Water Sort Puzzle (“WaterGo” or the “Game”). This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected, how it is used, and the choices available to users.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

WaterGo does not require users to create an account or directly provide their name, address, phone number, or other personal information.

The Game and its third-party services may automatically collect limited technical information, including:

• Device type, operating system and app version

• IP address and approximate location derived from the IP address

• Advertising identifiers and other device identifiers

• Gameplay events, session duration and feature interactions

• Advertising impressions, clicks and reward-ad activity

• Crash reports, diagnostics and performance information

Game progress, coins, unlocked levels, settings, high scores and daily-reward status may also be stored locally on the user’s device.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

Information may be used to:

• Operate and improve the Game

• Save gameplay progress and user preferences

• Understand how users interact with the Game

• Detect crashes, technical issues, fraud or abuse

• Display, measure and improve advertisements

• Provide rewarded-ad features

• Maintain security and comply with legal obligations

WaterGo may use services provided by Google, including:

• Google Firebase Analytics

• Firebase Authentication and Firestore, where enabled

• Google AdMob

• Google Play Services

• Google Play Billing, if in-app purchases are enabled in the future

4. ADVERTISING

WaterGo may display banner, interstitial and rewarded advertisements through Google AdMob.

AdMob may use advertising identifiers, IP addresses, device information and ad-interaction data to provide, limit, measure and personalize advertisements, subject to user consent and applicable law.

Users may manage advertising personalization through their device or Google account settings.

5. IN-APP PURCHASES AND VIRTUAL COINS

WaterGo may offer virtual coins or other digital items. If real-money purchases are enabled, payments will be processed securely by Google Play. We do not directly receive or store full payment-card information.

Virtual coins have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash outside the Game.

6. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

WaterGo is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Children below the applicable age of digital consent should use the Game only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

If we learn that personal information from a child was collected improperly, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

7. DATA SHARING

We do not sell users’ personal information.

Limited information may be processed or shared with service providers such as Google Firebase, Google AdMob and Google Play when required to operate, analyze, secure or monetize the Game.

Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Game.

8. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Data transmitted by third-party services is generally protected using encryption in transit.

No electronic transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

9. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

Locally stored gameplay data remains on the device until the user clears the app’s storage or uninstalls the Game.

Information processed by third-party services may be retained according to their respective retention policies and applicable legal requirements.

10. USER CHOICES

Users may:

• Disable personalized advertising through device settings

• Reset or delete the device advertising identifier

• Clear locally stored Game data

• Uninstall the Game

• Withdraw advertising consent where a consent option is available

• Contact us regarding privacy or deletion requests

11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, third-party services or legal requirements change. The updated version will be published with a revised “Last Updated” date.
