Pea Kaboo
Kaboo wants to write Roscoe a letter and see how he's doing.
On Spice Street, in the nearest manhole to Spice Street Grocery, Kaboo slips a letter into the sewers. Inside the sealed envelope are the following items:
A handwritten letter from Kaboo
A pink candle
The remainder of the incense
A scrap page with a drawn symbol of Waukeen, as well as a sketch of Trollskull Alley with an arrow to Trollskull Manor
She hopes that Roscoe finds the letter based on the unique smell of the incense she had last encounter, specifically a product from her former circus. Due to recently finding out about Schpee's inability to read, she worries that Roscoe may also suffer from lack of literacy. Kaboo hopes that the pictures may suffice well enough if Roscoe needs to find her home or Obaya.

Does Kaboo have any ideas on where she might get info on Yancy Plier?
Kaboo will check the dusty ass Trollskull Manor library for anything on Yancy Plier. Though the books are old, she doesn't know if the wanted poster was recent or long discarded to be in the sewers with Roscoe. If nothing comes up she would like to seek an audience with Captain Swagger or one of the associates of the City Watch to ask about the man she saw in the wanted poster. Last resort being Renaer. 🐛
Kaboo inspects the dusty bookcases in the study of the manor. Perusing the different shelves, she comes across a book titled The Fascinating History of Waterdhavian Crime. The book details the long history of crime in Waterdeep covering serial killers to organized crime syndicates that have inhabited the city. Going through the index, Kaboo spots the name Plier, Yancy pg. 203 and she quickly flips to the indicated page. The book claims that Yancy was convicted for the murder of several people including his own father. Yancy was a bulky elven serial killer who had trouble controlling his rage. Despite his anger issues, Yancy was "unnaturally" charismatic and was able to charm people to an effective degree. It is because of this charm that Yancy was able to convince the prison staff to be lenient with him and also treat him considerably well compared to the other inmates. Yancy was even given a chance for parole, despite his conviction as a serial killer, but he denied the request due to the luxury treatment he was receiving from the prison. As far as Kaboo can tell, Yancy Plier is safely behind bars.
