Dominik Zabek built the Water app as a Free app. This service is provided by Dominik Zabek at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my app.
If you choose to use my app, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Water.
**Synchronization**
Your water intake data are stored in the private database of CloudKit by Apple, Inc. and are accessible only for you. Data are synced between your devices using Apple CloudKit. You can turn off sync via iCloud in the iOS Settings app on your iOS device. You can delete all of your data in the app settings whenever you want. You can also download a copy of it.
**Information Collection and Use**
I do not collect, store, use or share any Personal Identifiable Informations. Your data from Apple Health app will be only used for calculations and will not be stored in the app database. Your settings are stored only on your device. The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

**Log Data**
I want to inform you that whenever you use my app, in a case of an error in the app I collect data and information called Log Data. Log Data are sent via CloudKit only anonymously, real identities are kept secret.
**Cookies**
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these “cookies” explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use “cookies” to collect information and improve their services. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.
