1) How Much Water Should I Drink?

Your recommended daily water amount mainly depends on your weight. Water can approximately calculate how much water you should drink based on your weight from "Health". You can also manually choose your preferred daily water intake.

How much water you need also depends on:

- your climate, you may need more water if you live in a hot climate

- your activity, you may need more water if you are active

- your health, you may need more water if you have an infection or a fever and losing fluids

- your diet, you may need more water if your diet is high in spicy or salty foods

Please note, this app is not intended for medical use. All calculations are made approximately. There are a lot of different methods how to calculate your recommended daily intake. This application results are based on a few formulas and averaged. If you are not sure how much water you should drink or have chronic diseases, you should ask your doctor.


2) Water is not added to "Health" or is added incorrectly. Check "Health" device settings:

"Settings" -> "Health" -> "Data Access & Devices" -> "Water"

To sync your drinks to "Health" you need to allow "Water" to write and read your water intake.


3) I'm not receiving notifications with reminders.

Make sure that you turned on notifications in "Water" and device settings.
