1. جمع البيانات (Data Collection): التطبيق يجمع بيانات الموقع الجغرافي (Location) ورقم الهاتف (Phone Number) حصراً لتقديم خدمة تتبع مسار الحافلة وتأمين الرحلات. The app collects location data and phone numbers solely to provide bus tracking services and secure trips.

2. تتبع الموقع في الخلفية (Background Location Tracking - Captain App): تطبيق الكابتن يحتاج للوصول إلى الموقع في الخلفية (Background Location) لبث إحداثيات الحافلة للركاب حتى عند إغلاق الشاشة. هذه البيانات لا تُباع لأي طرف ثالث. The Captain app requires background location access to broadcast bus coordinates to passengers even when the screen is locked. This data is not sold to any third party.

3. حذف الحساب (Account Deletion): يحق للمستخدم طلب حذف حسابه ومسح جميع بياناته في أي وقت من خلال قسم "حسابي" داخل التطبيق. Users have the right to delete their accounts and wipe all data at any time via the "My Account" section within the app.
