WashPoint is a marketplace where users can book local car washers or sign up to become a washer.

Common Questions

How do I book a car wash?

1. Open the WashPoint app

2. Enter your location

3. Choose a washer

4. Select a time and confirm your booking

How do I become a washer?

Sign up in the app and choose Register as a Washer.

You will then be able to create listings and accept bookings.

I forgot my password

Use the Forgot Password option on the login screen.

Payment Issues

If you experience payment problems, contact support with:

• your account email

• the booking time

• the washer’s name

Technical Problems

If the app crashes or does not work properly, email us with:

• your device type

• your iOS version

• a screenshot of the problem
