Expiration Date tells the story of Charlie Silvercloud III (Robert A. Guthrie), a Seattle man who's family carries a curse: his father and grandfather before him were both killed on their 25th birthdays by milk trucks. He's already accepted his fate and is counting down the days when he meets Bessie (Sascha Knopf), a young woman who will not let him rest in peace. This film showcases an amazing abundance of Seattle locations - both well-known and local favorites - that really sets it apart from the rest.
The film opens with an old man (Ned Romero) recounting the story to a young teen (Nakotah LaRance) while he waits for a bus. The bus stop was filmed at Fort Lawton in Discovery Park.
