Bustin' Loose (1981)

In this inconceivable movie plot, ex-con Joe Braxton (Richard Pryor) is given a chance to redeem himself after violating his probation if he drives a busload of special-needs children across the country with their teacher (Cicely Tyson). Naturally, Joe is not at all happy with the situation but soon warms up to the kids and wants to do all he can to save Miss Perry's family farm from being sold off to the bank. Opening scenes take place in Philadelphia, but their cross-country trip ends in Washington State.

As they head west, Joe and the busload of kids are seen traveling east on Interstate 90 at Snoqualmie Pass in Washington. 5168' Guye Peak is seen in the background.

After escaping from an indoor swap meet, Joe and Vivian escape down Leary Way NE in Redmond's old downtown.

Joe breaks the door off Vivian's truck and wipes out at the corner of Leary Way NE & Cleveland Street, then they drive off down Cleveland Street.
