Bright Falls (2010)

This miniseries released through XBOX360 serves as a precursor to the events in the video game Alan Wake, set in the fictional town of Bright Falls. The 6-part series follows reporter Jake Fischer (Christopher Forsyth) and his strange discoveries as he arrives in the town. Filming took place in Oregon and Washington.

Jake stays at the Mountain Air Motel at 65500 E Highway 26 near Mount Hood in Welches, Oregon.

The road tunnel he is seen driving through several times as he tries to escape town is the Rocky Butte Tunnel in Rocky Butte Natural Area in Portland.
